Deadlines, Depositions & Discovery - for the New Attorney (Part 3 Discovery)

This is a three part series geared to the lawyer who is newer to the profession or the more experienced attorney branching out into the Civil law world from some other discipline.
In each presentation we will be covering in depth: Deadlines (Apr 11) including statutes of limitations, Rules of Court, Local Rules, court imposed deadlines and how they are calculated along with some useful tips on getting your papers in front of the judge. Depositions (May 2) will explore the new rules regarding depositions; the best way to prepare, take and defend depositions; as well as the decision process for whether or not a deposition should be taken and Discovery (June 6) will examine all the new and relevant issues surrounding discovery in civil cases in California.
This program will be on Discovery. Lunch is included.
