Ron Kelly is one of the principal architects of California mediation law. He’s been honored with eight ADR awards for his work in building the field, including Peacemaker of the Year in California. Mediating since 1970, he’s a founder of two of California main ADR professional organizations.
Mr. Kelly has trained thousands of lawyers, judges, government officials and business professionals on four continents and his training materials are licensed and used around the world in numerous languages. Judges in every superior court in the Bay Area have chosen to enroll in his trainings.

Hon. Ellen Sickles James (Ret.) is known for her exceptional settlement skills and ability to connect to counsel and clients in both a personal and professional manner.
