CCCBA’s New Communications Coordinator, Carole Lucido
Carole joined the CCCBA in late April and produces the Contra Costa Lawyer, the annual membership directory and e-blasts. She also manages the bar’s websites and social media presence and takes photos and videos at CCCBA events.
Prior to joining the CCCBA, Carole worked in corporate marketing positions in San Francisco and the East Bay and then operated her own marketing and graphic design business from 2000 to 2015. She produced websites and print material and won several marketing awards. She also worked as a freelance writer for the Bay Area Newsgroup. Carole enjoys getting to know people and learning what drives their passion for work and community involvement. She likes working in the center of projects and sharing resources to help solve complicated problems. She also enjoys learning new computer software and electronics and creating marketing materials that get results.
New to the legal world, Carole is learning the new terminology and procedures. “I am having a great time meeting the interesting and friendly members of CCCBA and hope to meet more of them in the coming year,” she said.
Carole is a life-long resident of the Bay Area and a fifth generation native Californian. She attended local schools, including Ygnacio Valley High School and Diablo Valley College before moving downstate and studying public relations at Cal State University Fullerton. She has a large extended family in the area. She is married and lives in Walnut Creek with her husband Bob.
