The Contra Costa Superior Court invites comment for proposed changes to its Local Rules to be effective January 1, 2024. Please see this announcement concerning the process for comments. The Court’s current Local Rules and a redline of proposed changes are available on the Local Rules page. Comments must be received by 5:00 pm, September 25, 2023.
Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.613(g), there is a 45-day period during which you may comment on the proposed amendments. Any comments must be submitted to localrules@saccourt.ca.gov by Thursday, October 5, 2023. The amendments as adopted by the court will go into effect on January 1, 2024.
