CCCBA Members
We collect your name, address, email, telephone number and other data such as your practice area(s), date of admission to the Bar, and Section/Committee membership.
In limited cases, we may provide certain businesses with your US Postal address for a one-time, pre-authorized mailing so that those businesses can inform you of valuable services and products. The ability to offer this information allows CCCBA to expand its resources in order to provide more services to you as a member. All businesses and items intended to be mailed are reviewed in advance by CCCBA to ensure you are not sent undesirable information and that your name will not appear on any other lists held by third parties. Please rest assured that we only provide such information after a careful and thorough review of the product or service offering. Our goal always is to provide you only with products and services that you may find useful.
Signing Up for Events & Programs
We collect information from both members and the public when signing up for our events or when participating in our programs. This may include name, address, email, telephone number and credit card number.
Automatic Information
Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; email address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform.
